Matek F405-WTE Flight Controller with ExpressLRS: Advanced Performance for iNav and ArduPilot
The Matek F405-WTE Flight Controller is designed for high-performance drones using iNav and ArduPilot firmware. Equipped with a powerful STM32F405RGT6 MCU and integrated ExpressLRS 2.4GHz receiver, this flight controller provides seamless communication and control for a wide range of applications. It supports 12 PWM outputs, dual camera switching, and multiple BECs, offering flexibility and stability for various setups, including FPV drones and professional UAVs.
Key Features of the Matek F405-WTE
Powerful MCU and Advanced Sensors
At the core of the Matek F405-WTE is the STM32F405RGT6 MCU, clocked at 168MHz with 1MB flash memory. The flight controller also features the ICM42688-P IMU for precise gyro readings and the SPL06-001 barometer for accurate altitude measurement. The integrated AT7456E OSD ensures seamless FPV overlays, providing real-time flight data to the pilot.
Integrated ExpressLRS and WiFi Telemetry
The ExpressLRS 2.4GHz receiver using the CRSF protocol is built into the F405-WTE, offering a high-performance link with telemetry capabilities. Additionally, the onboard WiFi telemetry system supports MAVLink at 14dBm, allowing easy communication and setup via WiFi.
Multiple BEC Outputs for Powering Accessories
The flight controller features multiple BECs, including a 5V, 9V (or 12V), and adjustable Vx output, providing stable power to essential components like servos, cameras, and video transmitters. The BECs ensure stable current output under varying conditions, making the Matek F405-WTE ideal for complex builds with multiple peripherals.
