When and how do I get my invoice?
You will receive the invoice with the shipping confirmation via email.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept various payment methods, including PayPal, Sofort, Giropay, SEPA and bank transfers. You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact our customer service immediately via the contact form. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, please note that we may not be able to make changes if the order has already been dispatched.
What happens if a product is sold out?
If a product is sold out, you can usually request a notification when the product is available again. We regularly update our stocks and strive to have products back in stock as soon as possible.
From when is shipping free of charge?
Shipping is free of charge within Germany from €100 value of goods. Within the EU from €200.
Do I need to create a customer account to be able to shop?
No, you do not need a customer account. We also offer orders without registering a customer account. You are welcome to create a customer account after the order process. This is very easy via the button "Create a customer account".
How do I send a return?
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The goods to be returned should, if possible, be in their original packaging and undamaged.
