Faster then 51466

I used Gemfan 51466 a lot. They are difficult to destroy because they are light and thin. After the crash you simply bend them to correct position and you are ready to go. You can repeat this many times. R38 on the other hand and stiffer and bend less in a crash. Also Ive the impression the quad is faster on R38 then on 51466. Similar power consumption :-) These are my go-to racing props now.

Durfte die neuen R38 von HQPROP schon testen. Gehen sehr gut und wie immer tolle Haltbarkeit der Propeller. 51 Länge bei 38 Pitch gefällt mir sehr gut. Auch die R42 sind sehr interessant!

Haltbarkeit ist überdurchschnittlich hoch, Flugverhalten ist auch toll, passt aber nicht zu meinem Flugstil

Wie im Titel bereits steht bin ich von der Haltbarkeit dieses Propeller wirklich begeister. Auch das Flugverhalten sagt mir sehr zu, jedoch ist mir die Steigung ein Stück zu niedrig, werde es deshalb mit den R42 probieren. Subjektiv gesehen, muss man viel mehr mit dem Gas arbeiten um gleiches zu leisten. Fürs Racing also nicht ideal.

Super zum Racen mit high Kv Motoren

Dieser Prop hat einen eher geringeren Pitch, weshalb es tendentiell nicht so stark beschleunigen kann. Wenn man ihn jedoch mit high Kv-Motoren verwendet, wie zum Beispiel 1950 Kv-Motoren mit 6s, hat man den Vorteil, dass man trotzdem sehr schnell beschleunigen kann, dabei aber auch ein sehr schnelles Ansprechverhalten erzielt.
