No, you do not need a customer account. We offer orders even without registering a customer account. 
You can choose between payment via PayPal, bank transfer, credit card or SEPA direct debit mandate. 

The processing credit card or SEPA direct debit mandate takes over the service provider PayPal. You also benefit from the PayPal Buyer Protection Program.
Yes this is possible, order the item in the store and select "add to open order" as shipping method. 
We will pack the two order together if the first order has not been shipped yet.
Cancellations are possible as long as we have not processed them yet. However, this happens very quickly within a very short time. Just get in touch with us via contact form.
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The goods to be returned should, if possible, be in their original packaging and undamaged. The return should be sent to: Haldesdorfer Str. 117 22179 Hamburg.
Please enclose the delivery bill so that we can assign the returning goods to your order. In our terms and conditions we also go into this topic in more detail.
